Meditation groups

Detox and Sound Meditation

Last Sunday of each month  3:00-4:00 pm-We are pausing with this group and we will let you know when it starts again.
Alejandro Rivas uses Tibetan bowls, singing crystal bowls, and gongs to create a unique experience. You lay on a mat, which we provide if needed, and listen to the sounds. Listening to sound helps to reduce stress and anxiety significantly. It lowers blood pressure, improves circulation, and helps to release toxins reducing the amount of anger that you feel. It enhances self-awareness, it facilitates connecting with the higher self, it promotes self-observation and self-worth, it increases mental and emotional clarity, it promotes stillness, happiness, and well being. It also stimulates the immune system. This is also drop-in and is $30.
