Meditation group

Sunday's from 3:00-4:30 pm.
We breathe, stretch, relax, meditate with sound including Tibetan bowls, and detox from the week. Come join us. It is a drop-in group. The cost is $25. The group is led by Alejandro Rivas.


Detox and Sound Meditation

Last Sunday of each month  3:00-4:15 pm
Alejandro Rivas uses Tibetan bowls, singing crystal bowls, and gongs to create a unique experience. You lay on a mat, which we provide if needed, and listen to the sounds. Listening to sound helps to reduce stress and anxiety significantly. It lowers blood pressure, improves circulation, and helps to release toxins reducing the amount of anger that you feel. It enhances self-awareness, it facilitates connecting with the higher self, it promotes self-observation and self-worth, it increases mental and emotional clarity, it promotes stillness, happiness, and well being. It also stimulates the immune system. This is also drop-in and is $20.
